Joe Radici
Joe holds a Diploma in Business Administration. He is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute( AHRI). Joe worked for the Office of Public Sector Management for two years as the Senior Personnel Officer where his main responsibilities were managing the recruitment of base level staff to the public sector, general recruitment, salary determination and development of policies for implementation across the public sector.
Joe subsequently spent eight years with the Water Corporation initially as a Senior Personnel Officer and then Human Resource Manager for one of the Perth Regions. He was responsible for all aspects of human resource management including functional and structural reviews, recruitment and selection management, industrial relations, succession and human resource planning, policy development, payroll, remuneration reviews, safety & health together with training.
Joe had a significant role in two major change processes within the Water Corporation namely outsourcing all of the operational workforce (approx 230 staff) and then managing issues associated with the corporatisation of the Water Corporation.
In 1996 he established Dillinger Group Development which is a Human Resource Management Consultancy covering areas such as functional and structural reviews, recruitment & selection management, remuneration, performance management, business and organisational reviews, industrial advocacy, assisted in the preparation of resume’s and provided assistance in interview techniques and presentation.
Tim Radici
Tim holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources), a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), and a Diploma in Business Management. With over 16 years of experience in Human Resource Management, he has developed a broad skill set across a variety of Human Resource Management functions.
Tim recently rejoined Dillinger after a successful career within the Public Sector, working with the Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority and then the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation, and Attractions. During this period, he served as a Human Resource Coordinator, Senior Health and Safety Officer and acted as the Manager of Health, Safety, and Wellbeing. In these roles, he gained in-depth experience in recruitment, establishment, industrial relations, and health, safety, and wellbeing issues. As Manager of Health, Safety, and Wellbeing, Tim was responsible for the implementation of a new work health and safety system, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. His expertise extends to contemporary work health and safety practices, particularly injury management and workers' compensation claim management.
Tim has built and maintained strong relationships with colleagues and clients, consistently providing sound strategic and operational Human Resource Management advice across various industries and looks forward to delivering these services and advice to your organisation.
Lauren McPherson
Lauren holds a Diploma in Human Resources and has been an integral part of the team at Dillinger for the past 5 years. Prior to joining Dillinger, Lauren was a successful business owner for 15 years, giving her a deep understanding of what creates a thriving business environment and culture.
Specialising in recruitment, Lauren offers comprehensive end-to-end support throughout your recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. She is committed to building lasting relationships with her clients and has developed a robust network, working with various State and Commonwealth agencies; including the Department of Treasury, National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority (NOPSEMA), and the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development.
Outside of her work at Dillinger, Lauren is a passionate netball coach, currently coaching in the Western Australian Netball League (WANL). This demonstrates her strong leadership skills and ability to foster a positive team culture in any environment.
